Creek has one of the largest snow tubing parks in the Northeast; a zip line and an alpine park roller coaster â€“ yes, a roller coaster. A day at Creek is pure unbridled joy. Take a break by warming up at one of the many base lodge bonfires with an absolutely stunning view of the slopes and, if you need a bit more comfort than that, slide into one of their ridiculously opulent, moan worthy leather couches in the lodge and warm up at the fire until you are ready to hit the slopes again.

Cancelation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your trip's departure time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 before your trip's departure time will receive a refund minus the bus only portion ($49.90) of your purchase plus a $10 processing fee, totaling $59.90.
Missing the bus: Missing the bus is the same as canceling. You will receive a refund minus the bus only portion ($49.90) of your purchase plus a $10 processing fee, totaling $59.90. To reschedule you trip after missing the bus, you would still need to pay the fees described above.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling your trip is the same as canceling your original trip and booking a new one. Rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your tripâ€™s departure time in order to reschedule you without any fees. No refund will be given upon rescheduling, but a fee will need to be covered if rescheduled within 72 hours. Rescheduling made within 72 before your trip departure time will endure a fee equal to the bus only portion ($49.90) of your purchase plus a $10 processing fee, totaling $59.90. If you are rescheduling to a different destination within 72 before your trip departure time of your original trip, you will endure a fee equal to the bus only portion of the new destination you are scheduling for or the original destinationâ€™s bus only portion (which ever is higher), plus a $10 processing fee.
Changing your package: You may add to or remove items from your package with no fees as long as you trip date is not being changed.
Contact: To cancel, missed bus, reschedule, or change your booking, reply to the booking confirmation email you received and add â€œCancellation â€“ (insert trip date and mountain name)â€�. Example "Cancelation 12/23/17 Hunter Mountain". If you donâ€™t have the confirmation email, send an email to Hello@nycsnowbus.com with the same subject line, and include your passenger ID and the name and email used when booking. Due to errors in email hosting company servers or typos in email addresses only a replied email guarantees your request was received. Sending an email or leaving a voice message does not remove accountability from you to follow up.
